Welcome to Holy Cross Higher Secondary School

Holy Cross Higher Secondary School, established in 1984, was started as a High School near Holy Cross Shrine , Mapranam.The School was raised to the status of Higher Secondary in 2014. This is a co-educational institution owned by the Corporate Educational Agency, Diocese of Irinjalakuda and managed by Holy Cross Shrine Mapranam. We impart quality education irrespective of caste and creed and has remained a centre of excellence till date.

This institution aims at an integral and personalized education and strives to produce intellectually competent, morally upright, socially committed and spiritually inspired young minds. ANNUAL DAY
Annual Day celebrations were inaugurated by Smt. Jiji Jogi, Writer and presided over by Rev.Fr. Jose Aricatt, Manager, Holy Cross HSS, Mapranam on 9th January 2020.

FAREWELL 2020
'Farvel 2020' celebration was blessed by Rev.Fr. Jose Aricatt, Manager, Holy Cross HSS, Mapranam and presided over by Sri.Suraj Babu, PTA President, Holy Cross HSS, Mapranam on 31st January 2020.

NEW YEAR CELEBRATION
The New Year was celebrated on 1st January 2020 with variety entertainments and was inaugurated by Rev.Fr. Samson Eluvathingal,Asst. Manager.

STUDY TRIP
Two days study trip to Mysore-Ooty was conducted from 24.11.2019 to 25.11.2019. 90 students participated.

YOUTH FESTIVAL
School Youth festival was inaugurated by Sri. Syam Cargoz, Cine Artist on 17th August 2019 and prize distribution was done by Sri. Babu P A,Principal, Holy Cross HSS Mapranam.

SPORTS
'Kirola 2019' was inaugurated by Smt. Aparna Lavakumar,Senior Police Officer, Kerala Police on 18th October 2019 and the prizes were distributed by Rev.Fr. Jose Aricatt, Manager, Holy Cross HSS Mapranam.

ONAM
Onam celebration was conducted on 6th September 2019 with variety of competitions and was inaugurated by Rev. Fr.Samson Eluvathingal ,Asst. Manager.
